Mr. Kramer graduated from the University of Arizona, with distinction, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Business, in 1985. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School (Loyola Marymount University – Los Angeles), in 1988.
During law school, Mr. Kramer was chosen for an externship as a clerk for Justice Earl Johnson, Jr. of the California Court of Appeal, Second District. He clerked for Justice Johnson during the summers of 1986 and 1987, working extensively on several published Appellate court decisions.
Mr. Kramer joined the Law Firm of Rowen, Gurvey & Win, in early 1991. Mr. Kramer has lectured extensively to injured workers, informing them of their rights under the California workers’ compensation laws and federal social security disability laws. His vast knowledge of the California workers’ compensation laws allows him to excel in all phases of litigation of a workers’ compensation claim, from the initial client intake through trial.
