Seb Moosapoor

Mr. Moosapoor received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics from UCLA, his Juris Doctorate from USC, and his PhD in economics from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  Mr. Moosapoor has been a member of the California Bar since 1994 and practiced tax law for several years prior to returning to school to work on his doctorate in economics. His graduate research involved the intersection of law and economics. While in graduate school, he taught undergraduate classes in economics and presented his work at various seminars.

Mr. Moosapoor joined Rowen, Gurvey & Win after 4 years of managing his own applicant's workers’ compensation practice.  He is drawn to the practice area out of a strong desire to help injured workers who are denied their right to receive medical treatment and compensation.  He has advocated for hundreds of farm laborers, machinists, welders, and janitorial workers, amongst other workers and has extensive experience in settlement negotiation and litigation. 

In his spare time, Mr. Moosapoor enjoys strategic games and has recently started playing golf.
