Ms. Lobato is a hearing representative with the Law Firm of Rowen, Gurvey & Win, with over five years of experience in workers’ compensation law. She is a Southern California native who has always been passionate about helping others. She was a long-time volunteer at a non-profit organization that helped people who suffered from housing insecurity, or faced other barriers, transition out of poverty and onto a pathway to self-sufficiency, by helping them navigate the way to employment. She has an interest in civic engagement and has previously worked on campaigns and voting centers. Ms. Lobato is fluent in Spanish and helps with our Spanish-speaking clients in their native language. 

Ms. Lobato is a co-host of Gurvey’s Law on Talk Radio 790 KABC radio where everything from law to politics to pop culture is discussed.

When not advocating for the rights of injured workers, she likes to design clothing, read books, work on her novel, spend time with loved ones, and travel (preferably to Paris).
